Pink Fir Apple

Pink Fir Apple has been grown for over 100 years, this late season fingerling is quite unusual with long knobby pink-skinned tubers with light yellow flesh. These potatoes make excellent salads but are also great roasted, boiled, and steamed. Pink Fir Apple stores well throughout the winter and has good resistance to common scab.
